RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Products  must be in new, unused condition to be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. 

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. 

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable. 

  • A 20% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or stale items returned.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Lost/Stolen Packages 

Limitless Luxe  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

A: All Bodysuits, Swimwear, Intimates, and accessories are a final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. 

 

Q: I'VE SEEN AN ITEM BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE?

 

A: If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style.
